Our Ultrasonic Device has 3 different modes (Ultrasonic, Infrared & EMS).
The Ultrasonic Function produces ultrasonic waves to disrupt the membranes around the fat cells causing them to rupture, and allowing the contents of these fat cells to leak out. This allows the triglycerides, which is the type of fat that leaks out of the fat cells, to be filtered through the body's lymph nodes or turned into glycerol and free fatty acids. The glycerol and free fatty acids are used as energy or released as waste.
The Infrared Function emits infrared rays are emitted at a spectrum of 8-12nm and produces infrared heat. The wavelength created is very close to the vibration frequency of cell molecules of the body. Through resonance absorption, the friction between molecules generates heat, thus increasing the temperature of deep subcutaneous tissues and accelerating circulation of blood.
The EMS Function produces microcurrents via the electrodes. It impulses the motor nerves so that the targeted muscle groups have to exercise passively in the way of expanding and contracting. EMS therapy enhances metabolism by improving blood circulation. It enhances muscle strength, endurance and reduces fat.

Is the device safe to use?
The device is completely safe to use. However, if you have any existing medical conditions you should consult your doctor prior to use.
Will I experience any pain while using it?
No, you will not experience any pain whatsoever. However you should always start with the lowest intensity setting for 10-20 minutes a day and gradually increase the intensity over a span of few days
Is it suppose to get hot?
The device is not supposed to get hot per se, you will feel some warming as you are using it however. The device uses ultrasonic waves (think sound waves) which are invisible to the human eyes or ears. You can test it by dropping a bit of water in the middle of the metal base. You should be able to see the water dissipate and pulsate as the ultrasonic waves pass through it.
Is the ultrasonic fat cavitation proven to work?
Yes, ultrasonic fat cavitation provides real, measurable results sometimes as early as 48 hours of use. You will be able to measure how much circumference you've lost using a tape measure or simply by looking in the mirror. Keep in mind that results won't be seen overnight and the best results will come in weeks or months after consistent use. The results will also vary based on your body type, health history or other unique personal factors.

How long until I see results?
This will be different for each person as every human body is different. Most of our customers see results within 1-2 weeks with consistent use.
What function is best for fat burn?
Ultrasonic is the best for fat burn. The low frequency waves will damage the fat cells and cause them to break down. After they turn into fatty acids which the body discards through natural methods.
We recommend using the ultrasonic function daily for 10-20 minutes to start on low intensity and EMS function to activate dormant muscles which will cause them to burn energy and help with fat reduction.

How do I know that it is working?
Ultrasonic mode uses ultrasonic waves (sound waves) which are invisible and cannot be heard by people. You should feel a slight vibration on the metal base of the device, as you use it you might feel a warming sensation. One way of testing if the device is working is to put a small drop of water on the base and see the ultrasonic waves pass through the water.
Infrared will be indicated that it is ON by the red LEDs.
Can I use it with a medical condition?
Please consult your doctor first if you have any existing medical condition. It is not recommended to use the device if you are pregnant.
Why did it turn off by itself?
The device has a 10 minute built in timer for ease of use and safety. Once the timer runs out it will turn off, if you wish to continue using it please restart the function you were using.
Do I need to use a gel with it?
Yes, you can use our Anti-Cellulite Cream or any water based gel. Coconut oil works too..
How do I clean it?
DO NOT SUBMERGE IN WATER. Use a damp cleaning cloth to wipe the metal head of the device. Wipe any oils off the sticky pads after use to extend their longevity.
